Targeted pressure is applied to reflex points on the feet, hands or ears to support the whole body while encouraging deep relaxation and balance.
Fine needles are placed at carefully chosen points to support pain relief, relaxation, overall wellbeing and the body’s natural responses.
Gentle touch is used to release tension, aid relaxation and support nervous-system regulation without placing further demands on the body.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Reflexology Lymph Drainage ease swelling linked to inflammation & cancer recovery.

Jo Kirk | AoR, BAcC., Fht, MSc (Hons), DipFertAc, MAR
Hello, I’m Jo. For more than 20 years, I’ve helped clients feel heard, supported and more confident in their health journey. I create bespoke, whole-body treatment plans shaped around your health, symptoms and circumstances.
I hold an MSc (Hons) in Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Biomedicine, a Diploma in Reflexology plus further advanced training, alongside membership of the Association of Reflexologists and British Acupuncture Council.
Continual specialist training ensures your care remains informed, flexible and personal.
Special interests: IVF, fertility, complementary cancer support, women’s wellness and long-term health conditions.
Jenny Barbour | CSS, FHT, ARR
Hi, I’m Jenny! My journey into holistic therapy began back in 2002 while seeking support for persistent pain myself. That experience inspired me to train and support others on their health journeys.
I hold Diplomas in Reflexology and Acupuncture, with advanced training in Auricular Acupuncture, Butterfly Touch for cancer care and CranioSacral Therapy, including CST1, CST2, SER1, SER2 and paediatric practice.
I’m also a member of The CranioSacral Society, the Federation of Holistic Therapists and the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists.
Special interests: pain conditions, perimenopause and menopause, CranioSacral Therapy, children’s Reflexology, SEND and neurodivergent wellbeing.
